Everybody I would recommend you skip this office. I could not get my LQA money returned from this office. I was lied to about whom the property owner was. It turns out the property was in her mom’s name and she rented it to me. She attempted to have me pay a utility bill from a prior tenant that was over a year old because she thought I couldn't interpret the bill. After I pointed it out, she pulled up the current bill which she had not payed in 2 months, and attempted to tell me I went over my utility cap. The thief also stole our security deposit when we moved out of her second property. Coworkers have informed me of similar issues: notable; charging 3-6 times the repair cost for damages, having many individuals move to lower quality apartments as the “owner” was selling their high valued apartment. After they moved out the owner (her mother) miraculously did not sell, and she leased them to new arriving personnel (this happened to 3 people I know of), of her showing PII documents of USFK personnel to try and insinuate they are getting good deals on the rental properties, and she neglected to pay the utility bills of multiple families to the point they received 14 day notices that their utilities were getting shut off. She also is a bit of a kleptomaniac and stole small items from my house as I was moving out. She attempted to detach my washer hookups right in my face and take them. She attempted to get me to black-market good to her. Just an all-around lying scoundrel of a person. Must avoid.

I broke my 17-in samsung labtop screen and he helped me fix it in a day and a half costed about 140,000 won very reasonable price! I almost had expected at least 200,000 to fix it but I'm very glad it came out much lower then I thought it would.
